To better protect your data, two-factor authentication (2FA) is used. This means that in addition to your password, you will have to insert a pin, which is sent to your smartphone to authenticate your account. To set up and use 2FA, perform the following steps:
After opening i.ris in your browser, a window with information about 2FA opens when you log into your i.ris account for the first time:
Read all the information carefully and click Next.
The following window lists which applications are available on which platforms to enforce the 2FA:
Choose an application, download it to your device from the smartphone app store, and start the authentication process by opening the application.
Then follow the steps on the smartphone. Subsequently click Next.
The following window contains information about the plug-in we are using, the security policies, etc.:
Read this section carefully and click Close to start the authentication.
Upon clicking Close, the following window will open automatically:
Take your smartphone and start your authentication application. Use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code in the application.
After scanning the QR code, a PIN should appear in the application on your device. Insert this PIN into the PIN field in the i.ris security login and click Check PIN. If the PIN is valid, you will automatically be logged into i.ris. If not, try again or contact the Deloitte innoWake Support Team.
If you want to revoke your authenticator token or use more than one authenticator, you must log in to your i.ris account. If you are unable to log in to your i.ris account, please refer to the "Questions or Problems" section below.
After logging into your i.ris account, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner. Then click on Secure Login Profile. You will be forwarded to the following window.
If you wish to revoke the token, click on the Revoke token button.
If you want to use more than one authenticator, rescan the URL code or use the Secure Login Key.
